1. Use of the Garment Personalizer

Our personalizer is a tool intended for the creation of personalized art and fashion pieces with a high emotional content. Users are responsible for all content uploaded to the platform, including graphic files (images, logos, illustrations) and audio files (voice messages, dedications, recordings).

2. Content Guidelines and Acceptable Behavior

To maintain the respect, harmony, and core values of Soulprint, the following strict rules apply to the use of custom content:

• Accepted Images: All uploaded graphic files must be owned by the user or have the corresponding licenses. The uploading of pornographic, violent, racist, or any other offensive material is strictly prohibited.
• Commemorative and Affective Audio: Voice messages integrated through QR codes must have purely commemorative, celebratory, affective, or artistic purposes.
• Prohibition of Harassment: It is strictly prohibited to use the audio or graphic system to harass, slander, assault, intimidate, or threaten verbally or graphically any natural or legal person.

3. Disclaimer of Liability and Legal Disavowal

Soulprint Atelier acts solely as an on-demand manufacturing service and technology hosting provider for the voice portals. We do not actively pre-moderate all content uploaded privately by end users.

Consequently, the company disclaims any civil, criminal, or administrative liability arising from the misuse of the tool by customers. The user assumes all legal liability and will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soulprint against any claim, demand, or third-party complaint arising from their custom content.

4. Suspension of Service

Soulprint reserves the unilateral right to remove any interactive portal or cancel user accounts that violate these guidelines of respect and values, without the right to a refund.

• Purchase Data: Shipping and billing address to manage orders (our payments are processed in encrypted form).

3. Data Use and Storage

Your data is used strictly to process your orders and keep the interactive voice portal active. Audios are saved on secure servers with industrial-grade encryption. Soulprint does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or commercial third parties.

4. Your Rights

In accordance with New Jersey regulations, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its rectification, or demand its complete erasure (including recorded audios associated with past garments).
